Constance Decharme will tell us about her artistic practice and her conception of Art Therapy.
Art-Therapy is defined as a process of psychological support for a person or a group in difficulty, centered on the expression of oneself, their thoughts, their emotions, and their conflicts in a process of creating pictures.

The specificity of Art-Therapy is expressed in the use of plastic media aimed at understanding and solving problems, relieving anxiety and psychological and physical suffering, or simply the evolution and better- psychological being of the person or group.

Painting with the hands allows you to put the emotions outside the body and regain energy. The goal of Constance is to create, in Southeast Asia, a space in which young & old, ex-pats & locals, will express their difficulties through Art.
Never forget, after this kind of initiative, to take a moment to talk and discuss with the speaker. Conferences are also made to expand your network, the key to increased knowledge.
