Brazilian crowned Miss Grand International 2022, Thailand’s Engfa won first runner-up

Brazil’s Isabella Novaes Menin was crowned Miss Grand International 2022 hosted in Jakarta, Indonesia on Tuesday night, October 25th, while Thailand’s Miss Grand Engfa Waraha won the first-runner up.

This year the beauty pageant was organized at Sentul International Convention Centre under the theme “Stop The Wars And Violence”.

The 26-year-old Brazilian contestant beat other representatives from 67 countries and won first place, followed by Engfa, Indonesia’s Andina Julie, Venezuela’s Luiseth Materán, and the Czech Republic’s Mariana Bečková as second, third, and fourth runners-up respectively.

Engfa also won the National Costume Competition from the netizens’ vote for her Hanuman Thai Boxing outfit as well as Vietnam’s Doan Thien An.

The 10 finalists are scheduled to continue their stay in Jakarta for one week for the press before traveling to Thailand, the contest headquarters.
