Pattaya —
Robin Hood Tavern Pattaya isn’t your ordinary restaurant. It’s a haven for both Thai classics and international flavors, all served with fresh, imported ingredients and friendly service. To learn more about this Pattaya gem, our very own sales and marketing director Madam Tina recently sat down with Max, the restaurant’s dedicated manager who has been with Robin Hood Tavern Pattaya for over five years. Here’s what we learned about this exclusive dining spot.
For the past six years, Robin Hood Tavern Pattaya has established itself as a premier destination for steak lovers in Pattaya. “We import all our steaks from Australia, Japan, and Argentina,” explained Max. “Thai meat doesn’t quite meet the quality we aim for, so we source the best from around the world. However, for vegetables, we support local farmers and make sure they are fresh.”
Robin Hood Tavern Pattaya’s menu best demonstrates its commitment to quality. One of the recommended offerings is the combined dish, featuring three tenderloins from Japan, Argentina, and Australia. “This allows people to taste a bit of everything,” Max said.
Robin Hood Steakhouse is open from 7 AM to 10:30 PM, serving an array of dishes that cater to both early birds and night owls. “Surprisingly, quite a few people come in for steak in the morning,” said Max with a laugh. “The restaurant’s breakfast menu includes a breakfast steak imported from France, served with potatoes and eggs.
Additionally, for creative people, Max suggests a “Build Your Own Breakfast” dish, which allows customers to customize their meals with their preferred ingredients. “There’s a little list we give. Customers can choose how much bacon they want, how many eggs, if they want an omelette, if they want a poached egg, etc. so they can choose any item they want.”
While Robin Hood is famous for its international dishes, it also boasts an impressive selection of Thai options. One of the bestsellers is the Spaghetti Kee Mao, a spicy stir-fried noodle dish that is generally loved by Thai customers. When asked for a recommendation specifically for “Thai ladies,” Max delightfully shared that it is the pork chop. “It’s one of the bestsellers for Thai ladies. We sell hundreds and hundreds a week because Thai ladies love it.”
Understanding the perception that foreign cuisine can be expensive, Max assures that Robin Hood offers something for everyone. “Our Thai dishes start from just 200-300 baht,” he noted. “Of course, premium items like Japanese Wagyu will cost a bit more, but we strive to provide excellent value for the quality we offer.”
For those looking to host private events, Robin Hood Tavern Pattaya also has a spacious back room that can accommodate up to over 80 guests. The room is equipped with a large screen for sports events and is very suitable for all types of parties and gatherings.
Robin Hood is open seven days a week, and reservations can be made via phone, Facebook, email, or their website. “We have parking available with a covered multi-level carpark,” added Max. “So guests don’t need to worry about finding a spot.”
Additionally, customers can order from Robin Hood on GrabFood until 11 PM, even after the restaurant closes.
Robin Hood Pattaya is more than just a restaurant; it’s a culinary destination where quality and customer satisfaction are its top priorities. Whether you’re a steak lover or a Pattaya local, Robin Hood promises a dining experience that will leave you coming back for more.
