Pattaya —

Pattaya City, in collaboration with the Department of Cultural Promotion and Sripatum University, organized an E-Sports tournament for high school students on September 8th, at Mueang Pattaya 11 School.

E-Sports, short for electronic sports, is about competitive video gaming. Just like in any other sport, players compete against each other, showing off their skills and strategies in the virtual world.

The event was a joint effort between Pattaya City, the Department of Cultural Promotion, and Sripatum University. These three partners worked together to make sure the tournament was a success.

The tournament was not just about playing games, but also a chance for students to learn, compete, and have fun at the same time, said chairman of the Department of Cultural Promotion Mr. Mana Yaprakham.

Apart from the competition, the organizers also arranged seminars and workshops to teach students about E-Sports and its growing importance.
