Sri Racha, Chonburi – Thousands of participants of all ages gathered on Koh Loy island in Sri Racha district on Sunday, December 14th, 2025, for the 24th edition of the “PAN x DAYBREAK 10K Charity Run 2025,” one of Chonburi province’s premier charity running events.

The event featured two distances: a 10 km race starting at 5:00 a.m. and a 5 km fun run beginning at 5:15 a.m. More than 5,500 runners from diverse groups—ranging from children under 12 to seniors aged 60 and above—took part, promoting fitness while supporting charitable initiatives.Distinguished guests presided over the flag-off ceremony, including Chonburi Vice Governor Chaiyaporn Paephromrat, his secretary Sathaporn Samutnoi, Bunkiat Chokwatana (Chairman of Pan Asia Footwear Public Company Limited), Sammat Khunset (CEO of Pan Asia Footwear), Sri Racha Mayor Chatrachai Timkrachang, Deputy Mayor Praphat Charoensantisuk, Deputy Director of Somdej Phra Borommaratchathewi Hospital at Sri Racha Dr. Somyot Lochindapong, and Vithaya Waewsuwan (Director of Special Affairs at Laem Chabang Hospital).Popular Thai singer and actor Tao Somchai Kemglad joined the run and presented awards to winners, adding star power to the occasion.All registration fees, with no deductions for expenses, were donated by organizers Pan Asia Footwear and Daybreak. Pan Asia Footwear Chairman Bunkiat Chokwatana presented a total of 2,300,000 baht as follows:– 1,000,000 baht to Somdej Phra Borommaratchathewi Hospital at Sri Racha for medical equipment.
– 600,000 baht to Laem Chabang Hospital.
– 500,000 baht in scholarships for outstanding but underprivileged students at schools under Sri Racha Municipality, including Sri Racha Vocational College, Sri Maharacha Municipal School, Ratsaniyomtham Temple Municipal School, and municipal child development centers.
– 200,000 baht to the E-Jan Foundation for building a school for children with special needs in Thong Pha Phum.The event concluded with an award ceremony for winners in all categories, followed by group photos amid the cool seaside breeze of Sri Racha Bay. Participants and organizers hailed the run as a successful blend of exercise, community unity, and meaningful philanthropy.
