PATTAYA, 3 July 2026 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Pattaya Office, together with Pattaya City and Terminal 21 Pattaya, has launched “EAT EAST FEST: Festival of Must-Eat in the Eastern Region,” a large-scale food festival bringing together renowned eateries from across eastern Thailand to delight food enthusiasts and tourists while boosting local tourism and the economy.

The grand opening ceremony was presided over by Ms. Mallika Sudsaneh, Deputy Director of the TAT Pattaya Office. Ms. Hathairat Phokhet, Director of Terminal 21 Pattaya, delivered welcoming remarks and outlined the objectives of the event, while Mr. Siwach Boonkeat, Deputy City Clerk of Pattaya City, explained the municipality’s support. The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests and members of the media at Terminal 21 Pattaya.

The festival runs from 3 to 12 July 2026 (10 full days) on the G Floor – Paris zone of Terminal 21 Pattaya. Under the concept “Shop, Taste, Feast, and Enjoy – All in One Place,” visitors can enjoy a curated selection of signature dishes, savory favorites, desserts, and beverages from top establishments across the eastern region. Participating vendors include Baking Mama Pattaya, Bubbly Oyster Bar, Peuak Himah, Mek Ice Cream, Somanas Lokko, Khao Lam Hai 80 Years, PUKPIK, Luk Chin Chai Luk Tho, and Apollo Pork Satay, among others.

In addition to the extensive food lineup, the festival features a variety of highlight activities. On the opening day, the band The Parkinson performed a mini-concert, energizing the atmosphere. On 4 July 2026, a fun “Speed Eating Championship” will challenge participants to compete in fast-eating contests, promising plenty of laughter and excitement. More special activities are planned throughout the 10-day period.

Organizers describe the event as an important initiative to enhance Pattaya’s tourism image, stimulate the local economy, and provide a platform for eastern Thailand entrepreneurs to showcase their potential, generate income, and promote sustainable growth.

The public and tourists are cordially invited to experience the full flavors and fun of “EAT EAST FEST” at Terminal 21 Pattaya throughout the 10-day festival.
