Pattaya, March 29th, 2026 – Mr. Krisana Boonsawat, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya City, presided over the opening ceremony of the 2nd “Koh Larn Shooting” community pistol shooting competition held on Koh Larn, Pattaya. He was joined by other Pattaya City executives, with a large turnout of athletes and enthusiastic local residents taking part in the event.
The competition was organized with the goal of promoting sports and recreational activities, improving the quality of life for residents, enhancing physical health and fitness, instilling good sportsmanship, building community unity, and creating pride and inspiration among all participants.

During the opening ceremony, Deputy Mayor Krisana Boonsawat stated that the pistol shooting event serves not only as a platform for participants to develop their skills and exchange experiences in shooting sports, but also as part of Pattaya and Chonburi Province’s broader plan to transform the area into a “Sports City.” The event further supports sports tourism, which is expected to stimulate the local economy and generate long-term income for residents.
Following the opening remarks, Deputy Mayor Krisana closely observed the competition and personally encouraged the athletes. The event proceeded smoothly in a well-organized and safe atmosphere, leaving a strong impression on all participants.
