Pattaya’s beachfront came alive on April 5 and April 6th with the launch of the Pattaya International Tattoo Convention 2025, drawing artists from over 12 countries to celebrate ink and art by the sea.
On April 5th, at Pattaya Central Beach, Mr. Wuttisak Rermkitjakarn, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya City, presided over the opening ceremony of the “Pattaya International Tattoo Convention 2025: Ink and Art on the Beach.”
Mr. Pramote Kaewla, President of the Pattaya Tattoo Artists Club, gave a welcome speech explaining that the club is a collective of tattoo artists in Pattaya formed to promote and develop the local tattoo industry.
The Pattaya International Tattoo Convention 2025: Ink and Art on the Beach is being held to raise awareness and appreciation for tattoo artistry. The event also aims to elevate tattooing to internationally recognized standards while promoting tourism in Pattaya.
The event features a wide range of exciting activities, including various tattoo competitions, international beachside tattoo sessions, motorcycle shows, live music performances, and rare demonstrations of traditional hand-poke tattooing on the beach. There are also booths selling tattoo equipment, art showcases by renowned tattoo artists from both Thailand and abroad, and other tattoo-related activities. Tattoo artists from more than 12 countries are participating in the event.
