Pattaya, June 18th, 2026 – Pattaya is calling on runners and health enthusiasts to join the scenic “LOMA RUN ON THE BEACH 2026,” the 12th edition of a popular charity walk-run event that combines fitness, seaside beauty, and support for underprivileged children’s education.
Mr. Pirun Noy-imjai, also known as “Kru Noi,” Project Manager of the HHN Foundation for Thai Children, announced that the event is a group effort between the HHN Foundation for Thai Children, Pattaya City, and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (Pattaya Office). Now in its 12th year, the run is to promote physical activity, boost the local economy and tourism, and give the public an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause.

Participants can choose between two distances: a 10-kilometer Mini Marathon, which accommodates up to 1,300 runners, and a 5-kilometer Fun Run open to 700 more participants. Both routes will take runners along the picturesque shores of Dong Tan Beach and the Jomtien area, offering stunning sea views throughout the course.
Beyond encouraging physical and mental well-being among children, youth, and the general public, all proceeds from the event, after deducting expenses, will fund educational scholarships for children supported by the HHN Foundation for Thai Children. The money will help create opportunities and improve the long-term quality of life for Thai youth.

Organizers expect more than 3,000 runners and supporters to take part, generating at least 15 million baht in economic activity for the Jomtien Beach and Pattaya areas.
Interested participants can register starting today through the ThaiRun system at https://race.thai.run/lomarun2026. The event takes place on September 20th, 2026.
