PATTAYA, Thailand – On the afternoon of August 20th, 2025, Pattaya Mayor Poramase Ngampichet, accompanied by his secretary, Mr. Phumphiphat Kamolnath, and relevant officials, warmly welcomed the team behind Coco Loco Pattaya, led by Mr. Isgav Itzhak. The delegation presented plans for the upcoming Latin Festival, seeking teamwork and support for the event, scheduled to take place from April 9-16, 2026, in Pattaya.
The Latin Festival promises to be a major celebration, bringing together tourists and local communities from around the globe to experience Latin culture through a variety of performances, including music, dance, and art displays. The event aims to add a colorful flair to Pattaya’s cultural landscape timed at one of the busiest times of the year during the world famous Songkran festival.
Mayor Poramase expressed strong support for the initiative, stating, “The Latin Festival will boost Pattaya’s tourism and economy, particularly among visitors who appreciate Latin culture and related activities.” He further noted that the event would enhance Pattaya’s international image, attracting a diverse crowd of global tourists and participants eager to join the festivities.
