PATTAYA, Thailand (August 21st, 2025) – Pattaya City Mayor Poramese Ngampichet welcomed representatives from Tawandang 1999 Co., Ltd. to discuss team efforts aimed at local development. The meeting, held at Meeting Room 132 in Pattaya City Hall, included Pattaya Mayor’s Secretary Poompipat Kamolnath.

Tawandang 1999 Co., Ltd., known for integrating social and community responsibility into its business operations, expressed its commitment to sustainable development in areas where it operates. The meeting focused on exploring cooperation opportunities, understanding local needs, and identifying projects to stimulate Pattaya’s economy and promote sustainable tourism.

Tawandang proposed several initiatives, including producing aesthetically designed, uniform beach umbrellas, co-organizing the first ever “Pattaya Halloween: Drink or Treat” event at Walking Street with a haunted house and face-painting activities, providing free drinking water through a Pattaya Beach Club Station during major festivals, and hosting a flea market with live music and diverse food offerings.

Mayor Poramese praised Tawandang’s enthusiasm for supporting Pattaya’s initiatives. He suggested the company produce beach umbrellas based on the city’s design, allowing Tawandang’s logo to be displayed on the umbrella fabric. He also recommended further discussions with Walking Street operators to finalize plans for the Halloween event. Regarding the free water distribution, the mayor approved but added avoiding prohibited logos or symbols on products. Tawandang assured compliance with all recommendations.

The company will review the discussed proposals internally to advance a partnership that delivers tangible, sustainable benefits to Pattaya’s community and tourism sector.
