Pattaya to Host Charity Loma Run on The Beach in September

Pattaya —

Pattaya is set to host the charity Loma Run on The Beach in September in order to donate to the H.H.N. Foundation for Thai Children and help financially-strapped patients of Pattaya Hospital.

Pattaya officials led by deputy mayor Mr. Kritsana Bunsawat and Loma Run organizers held a meeting yesterday, May 3rd, to discuss the event preparations.

The Loma Run on The Beach 2023 (9th edition) is a charity walk-run event organized at Jomtien Beach, Pattaya City, on Sunday, September 24th, from 04:45 AM to 9 AM.

The event is organized by the Loma Run Organizers in collaboration with the H.H.N. Foundation for Thai Children and Pattaya City. The event offers three distances for participants to compete in, and all proceeds will be donated to the H.H.N. Foundation and low-income patients from Pattaya Hospital.

The three distances include:

  1. 21 kilometers (Haft Marathon)
  2. 10 kilometers (Mini Marathon)
  3. 5 kilometers (Fun Run)

Mr. Kritsana told event organizers that there will be road construction at Jomtien Beach at the end of May, which may affect the 10-kilometer route. Therefore, the event organizers may have to find a new suitable route to proceed with this category.
