The ISTF World Tour International Soft Tennis Championships 2023 is set to be held from July 25th to the 30th at the Greta Resort & Greta Sports Club in Na Jomtien, Chonburi province. The event aims to promote soft tennis in Thailand and provide Thai athletes with valuable experience by competing against international contestants.
At a press conference held on July 18th, Mr. Bunluechai Phewsarn, President of the Soft Tennis Association of Thailand, revealed the association was proud to host the grand international soft tennis championship, which also coincides with the celebration of the 71st birthday anniversary of His Royal Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn.
The championship will feature soft tennis players from 14 countries, with over 200 professional participants competing for the royal trophy. The championship will provide a platform for local athletes to strengthen their skills by competing against formidable opponents from overseas.
This competition consists of various categories, including Men’s Team, Women’s Team, Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. The competition is divided into age groups of 15 years, 18 years, open category, and over 40 years.
Spectators not present can conveniently watch the live broadcast of the competition’s final round through the official Facebook page of the Soft Tennis Association on July 30th, starting from 9:00 AM onwards.
