PATTAYA, CHONBURI – On August 23rd, 2025, at 8:00 PM, Pattaya City launched its dazzling new LED billboards on Walking Street, marking a big step toward modernizing this world-renowned tourism destination. The grand unveiling was led by Chonburi Governor Thawatchai Srithong, Pattaya Mayor Poramese Ngampichet, and the Banglamung District Chief, with enthusiastic participation from local businesses, residents, tourists, and relevant agencies.

Mayor Poramese Ngampichet revealed that the state-of-the-art LED billboards, installed on both the South Pattaya and Bali Hai Pier sides of Walking Street, measure 9 meters wide and 12 meters tall—equivalent to a four-story building, with the Bali Hai end being smaller. These displays are set to become a new landmark for Pattaya, enhancing its global appeal. Beyond welcoming visitors, the billboards will showcase diverse content, including tourism events, festivals, and immersive multimedia performances.

The billboards boast cutting-edge, energy-efficient technology capable of delivering stunning 3D visuals, such as lifelike images of dolphins leaping from the screen, reminiscent of iconic displays in international cities. The official launch featured exclusive content, captivating both locals and tourists in celebration.

This initiative marks a pivotal moment in elevating Pattaya’s image, solidifying its status as a world-class tourism destination.
