As the number of new reported cases in Thailand drops to nearly zero (aside from a few imported cases), Pattaya seems to be starting to stir again.  Restaurants are opening and there are talks gradual re-opening of the economy and other businesses over the coming weeks. While it is not a mass re-opening, it is definitely a step in the right direction.  Come along with NDTVi Pattay’s Nick Dean as he talks about some of the easing up that is happening in the city.
