If you are like me and constantly looking new spots in town to find the next new place to eat, definitely make your way to the Sands Cafe on Pratumank soi 5.  The cafe is a fairly new addition to the area and is done up beautifully from the outside.  You really can’t miss its spectacular mural on the wall.

Sands offers a wide variety of menu items to satisfy any meal cravings you may have during the day and they are all very reasonably priced.  The menu has everything from breakfast sets to soups, sandwiches and pasta as well as a whole list of burgers and other tasty morsels off the grill.  For those of you that are into the tapas scene, they also have a whole menu of different tapas to choose from.

Sands also offers a veritable smorgasbord of beverages to choose from.  They are quickly becoming one of the favoured locations on Pratumnak hill for coffee, breakfast and a relaxing environment with friendly and attentive staff.  The ambience and mood of the cafe are a comforting one and the staff are all full of welcoming smiles.

Thailand does have some beautiful sunsets!

The rear of the cafe backs right up to Pratumnak beach which makes for an extremely beautiful painted sky as the sunset goes down daily.  The beach area also was just updated and renovated in the last few months and now sees much more foot traffic than it used to with the addition of the nice new jogging paths.

The next time you are in the mood for something new, pop round and give Sands Cafe a try, you never know, it may just be your future favourite place to eat!
