We have 25 bars in Pattaya and 2 of them Club Sin and Jclub are on soi Bongkot, which is away from our other bars (on Soi 6.) None of our team are helping there enough or visiting there as we are too busy on soi 6.
We are selling both soi Bongkot bars (newly fitted with no expense spared) for 2.5 million baht each to recover what they spent, they are fully staffed including with experienced cashiers. However, due to having a ship with no captain we are not able to steer the ship and sales are lower than what they could be, but we aren’t losing money so we aren’t in a rush to sell.
With the sale of these two bars, we will be reinvesting the money back into more bars on Soi 6.
Rent is 25k a month, no key money is required for these bars.
We can go through the salaries and the structure of our business and teach you, oversee it and make sure you know what you are doing.
We can also discuss finance, this is a turnkey business and ideal for a new person. We are not selling urgently.
