The Happy Holi Festival of Colors will be celebrated in Pattaya, Thailand on Beach Road Near Central Pattaya Klang for the second year in a row on March 23rd! Thousands of Indians, foreigners from various nations, and Thais are expected to join in with the festivities.

Organized by the Thai Indian Pattaya Business Association (TIPBA) and the Indian Community Pattaya Association (ICP), along with support from Pattaya City and several sponsors, the festival aims to support Indian traditions and promote tourism. The event features two main zones:

1. **Hindu Religious Zone**: This area includes rituals and ceremonies, emphasizing the cultural significance of Holi.
2. **Entertainment Zone**: Here, participants will engage in organic color splashing while enjoying live music, dancing, and free Indian food and drinks.

Similar to the Songkran festival, Holi involves joyful color throwing, creating a lively and festive atmosphere.

The colorful powders used during Holi are derived from natural sources, including flowers like marigold, beetroot, and turmeric. Participants revel in the vibrant hues, symbolizing the arrival of spring and the triumph of good over evil.

There will also be an Indian food festival over this same weekend, running for three total days, the 22nd to the 24th.
