Preparations are in full swing for the highly anticipated Pattaya International Fireworks Festival 2023, scheduled to dazzle audiences on November 24th and 25th along the picturesque shores of Pattaya Beach.

Chaired by Ms. Thithiphan Pettrakul, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya, and Pol. Col. Patikorn Sornchai, Chonb uri Deputy Police Commander, a comprehensive meeting was held on November 8th at Pattaya City Hall to finalize plans for the grand event.

The annual Pattaya International Fireworks Festival aims to elevate the city’s national profile, boost its image, and stimulate the local economy while promoting sustainable economic growth.

To ensure a seamless experience for attendees, key arrangements were discussed covering safety of fireworks displays, medical support, emergency services, sanitation, mobile food vendors, and quality assurance checks for food and beverages. Additionally, traffic management strategies were outlined to enhance safety and facilitate smooth flow during the festivities.

During the event, Beach Road will be exclusively reserved for pedestrians, creating a safe, car-free zone from 3 PM until midnight. Further enhancing convenience two designated pick-up and drop-off points will be established from 3 PM to 1 AM. The first will be located in front of Wat Nongyai for access to North Pattaya and the Pla Loma Roundabout and the second at the Lotus South Pattaya for entry to South Pattaya Big C Department Store and the Pattaya City 8 School.

Adequate parking facilities have been arranged at the following locations:

  • Lotus North Pattaya
  • Pattaya City Hall
  • Terminal 21 Pattaya
  • Central Marina
  • Lotus Thepprasit
  • Mike Shopping Mall
  • Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya
  • Wat Chai Mongkol
  • Big C Central Pattaya
  • Central Festival Pattaya
  • Big C South Pattaya
  • Pattaya City 8 School
  • Bali Hai Pier Parking Building

In addition to traffic management measures, law enforcement agencies, along with relevant authorities, will establish checkpoints, conduct inspections, and maintain a vigilant presence along the entirety of Pattaya Beach and the event area. These efforts are aimed at guaranteeing the safety and security of both the public and tourists throughout the Pattaya International Fireworks Festival 2023.
