One of our readers submitted the question “Is it hard to find places that offer traditional Indian style weddings in Pattaya?”  So we did some digging and there are actually more than a few hotels that are offering traditional Indian wedding planning.  Indian weddings and after parties can last anywhere from 2 to 7 days sometimes depending upon how elaborate and extravagant the wedding is.

For any Indian nationals that are looking for that beautiful sea-side wedding, here are a few different options should you choose to celebrate your special day in Pattaya:

Amari Pattaya:  Amari offers traditional Thai, Indian and Chinese wedding planning services for their North Pattaya resort.  They have a dedicated team of highly experienced planners that will ensure that your special day goes perfectly.

Centara Grand Mirage:  Centara Grand Mirage offers planning for multiple different kinds of ceremonies.  They also have the best rate guarantee that states, “If you find a lower rate elsewhere, we will match it and apply an extra 10% discount”.  Check out this stunning wedding video at the Centara Grand Mirage by Recall Pictures out of Mumbai, India:

The Pullman Pattaya G:  The Pullman offers 4-traditional style weddings that include Thai, Western, Indian and Chinese.  Here you will also have a choice between 6 different venues that they offer on beautiful Wong Amat Beach.  Choose from five different themes to suit the occasion.  The Pullman even has you covered for the honeymoon with 4 different honeymoon options available for you to choose from.

Even if you don’t end up using the above 3 venues for your day of days, there are plenty of other wedding venues in town that have beautiful scenes to surround yourself with.  If you aim for another venue you will need a wedding planner.  Chances are most people won’t be travelling with a wedding planner so luckily for you there are local wedding planner options such as Indian Weddings by John that have planned hundreds of weddings of up to 1200 guests over the last 10 years in Thailand.  Below is a video of one of their many weddings around Thailand.  They have a branch office in Pattaya who are extremely knowledgeable about the venues in the city.

Another local wedding planner option would be Shaadi Thailand.  Shaadi will plan out every step of your wedding per your wants and desires.  They have an extremely experienced Indian wedding staff that will be by your side throughout it all making sure everything goes exactly according to plan.

A final option would be to use an online wedding venue and package service like Hitchbird to search for venue options in the area as well as full wedding packages.

If you are thinking about getting out of India for an adventurous marriage abroad, don’t cross Pattaya off of your list.  There are plenty of options available to ensure that you have the wedding of your dreams in the city of dreams.
