The city of Pattaya announced the official lineup for the “Mono29 Pattaya Countdown 2024.” For the first time ever, the highly-anticipated event will take place on Pattaya Beach from December 29th to the 31st. In prior years the event had been held at Bali Hai Pier but authorities deemed the area too crowded in recent years to safely continue using that area.
On December 6th, at 11:00 AM, Mr. Poramase Ngampiches, the Mayor of Pattaya, along with Mr. Witthaya Khunpluem, the President of the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, Ms. Urai Mokpradubthong, the Director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Pattaya Office, and Mr. Banthit Rakwong, the Chief Operating Officer of the MONO29 TV station, held a press conference to announce the “Mono29 Pattaya Countdown 2024” event.
The city of Pattaya, in collaboration with the Chonburi Provincial Administration, TAT, and MONO29, is prepared to welcome the New Year in grand style from December 29th to the 31st.
This year, the event will transform Pattaya’s central beach into the venue for the entertainment extravaganza with the theme “The Fantastic Beach.” The event promises leading artists and a magnificent fireworks display over three nights to symbolize the best of the year. The goal is to promote tourism in Pattaya, elevate the quality of tourism in the region to a global level, and offer a range of activities throughout the three days and nights, complete with lights, color, and sound shows.
The event will feature a lineup of numerous renowned Thai artists on each day, including Zom Marie, Nont Thanont, Slot Machine, Bus, and Three Man Down on December 29th, Indigo, Tilly Birds, Klear, Bodyslam, Urboy TJ, and Joey Boy on December 30th, and Violette Wautier, Lipta, Monik & Wanyai, Peet Peera, Boy Peacemaker, Peck Palitchoke, and F.Hero on December 31st.
Additional, there will be the “Koh Larn Countdown 2023” event on December 31st at Koh Larn from 7:00 PM onwards. The event will feature artists such as Namm Ronnadet, Rachyo, and Mahahing Band.
On the night of December 31st, the event will be broadcast live on MONO29 TV station for everyone to count down to the new year together.
