Columbia Pictures Aquaverse moves opening date to December

Pattaya, Thailand-

The brand new Columbia Pictures Aquaverse park in the Pattaya area (formerly the Cartoon Network Amazone park) has released the following statement recently regarding the opening of their redesigned water park.

The park was previously set to open in October, however, due to concerns around Covid-19, the park management has decided to delay the announcement. Here is their statement:

Dear Valued Customers & Friends,
While there is still much uncertainty with respect to the impacts of COVID-19, the safety and well-being of our guests, employees, and people in our surrounded community remains our top priority.
As a result of this unprecedented pandemic and in line with direction provided by health experts and government officials, while there are many cases reported around the deep red provinces and zones including Bang Lamung and Sattahip, Columbia Pictures Aquaverse will announce the new opening date of the park in December 2021 when it is anticipated that the pandemic situation in Thailand may improve.
For those who have purchased the valid water park passes in all types, both daily and yearly, from all channels, their validity is automatically extended and they can be used normally when the park is open.
To all our park ticket holders, annual pass holders, suppliers, partners, agents, and future visitors, we are creating great new experiences for you featuring your favorite Hollywood characters from Blockbuster Hollywood movies that we would like you to enjoy with your family and friends when we safely know that most people are vaccinated and safe. We wish you and your family safe and hope the situation improves by December 2021 so that we can tentatively plan the new opening of the park.
